Ingredients
- 6 Ounces of Ribeye Steak (2 Steaks)
- ⅓ Cups of Root Beer Schnapps, or preferred root beer
- 1 Tbsp of Lemon
- 3 Tbsp of Spicelopedia® Peri-Peri Seasoning
- 1 Tbsp of Light Brown Sugar
- ½ Tsp of Lite Soy Sauce
- 2 Tbsp of Butter slices
- ¼ Cups of Scallions
Procedures
- Combine all ingredients except for butter and half of the seasoning. Add steaks. Marinate for at least an hour. Turning the steaks once.
- Dry off steaks with a paper towel and rub remaining seasoning on both sides.
- Preheat the gas grill or charcoal grill to 450 degrees.
- Grill; steak to 130 temp to medium rare.
- Top with butter before serving.
