Chocolate Covered Strawberries with a Kick
Equipment: Microwave Safe Bowl
Prep Time: 20 minutes
- 1 Dozen of Fresh Strawberries
- 4 Ounces of Dark Melting Chocolate Wafers
- Spicelopedia™ Chili Lime Adobo Seasoning
Wash and dry strawberries with a paper towel. Lay the stems flat, and/or arrange the leaves of the stems to make a base for the strawberries to sit upright.
Melt the chocolate wafers in a microwave safe bowl, about 30 seconds. Adjust time for your microwave. Do not let the chocolate boil.
Dip each strawberry into the melted chocolate. You don’t have to be too perfect.
Set strawberries upright on a plate lined with wax paper.
Dust the top of each strawberry with a pinch of the Chili Lime Adobo Seasoning.
Chill in the refrigerator, uncovered, for at least 15 minutes. Serve cold.
