6 lbs of St. Louis Spare Ribs
¼ Cups Divided of Spicelopedia™ Island Citrus Blast Seasoning
2 Cups of Bottled Margarita Mix
¼ Cups of Orange Juice, freshly squeezed

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 275 degrees F.
Remove membrane from ribs. Add ribs to the baking pan.
Rub rib rack liberally on both sides, reserving ¼ of the seasoning.
Pour margarita mix around the ribs.
Cover with tinfoil and bake for 3 hours until meat begins to separate from bone.
Preheat the grill or grill pan to medium-high.
Mix the orange juice and remaining seasoning.
Add ribs to grill, cook for about ten minutes per side, basting with juice and seasoning mixture.
