We recommend using Rajun' Cajun on Beef, Chicken, Seafood or Vegetables. One of our most diverse seasonings, create complex dishes like gumbo or simply sprinkle on a turkey sandwich.

Texas Brisket with Hatch Chili

Don't let the name fool you, Texas Brisket has many more applications than creating the perfect bark for your brisket.

We recommend using Texas Brisket in dishes featuring beef, some of our personal favorites are using it as a steak seasoning, mixing it into burgers or sprinkling into Chili.

Chili Lime Adobo with Chipotle

You know how parents say they "Don't have a favorite child"? We feel similarly about the Wildfire Collection, but if we're honest with ourselves Chili Lime is the overachiever.

We would give you some recommendations on what to put it on but we honestly haven't found a meal that isn't enhanced by sprinkling this citrusy seasoning over top of it. What starts with a sweet, smoky flavor ends with a mild kick from the chipotle and is an excellent edition to almost any meal (though we haven't tried it on ice cream yet).
