Ingredients
- 4, 6-8 oz. fish filets of choice
- 1 stick (8 Tbsp.) salted butter, softened

1 tsp. plus ½ tsp. Spicelopedia™ Chili Lime Adobo with Chipotle seasoning, divided
- 2 tsp. fresh lime juice
- ½ tsp. fresh lime zest
- ¼ cup olive oil
- ¼ tsp. minced garlic (optional)
Directions
- In a small stainless steel bowl, whisk together softened butter, 1 tsp. Spicelopedia™ Chili Lime Adobo with Chipotle seasoning, lime juice, garlic, and lime zest. Refrigerate.
- Add ½ tsp. Spicelopedia™ Chili Lime Adobo with Chipotle seasoning to 2 Tbsp. olive oil. Brush filets on all sides. Heat a large sauté pan on medium high heat. Add remaining 2 tbsp. olive oil and reduce heat to medium.
- Add seasoned filets to hot sauté pan and sauté until edges are cooked. Flip fish and continue cooking until desired doneness.
- Remove fish from the pan and plate. Top each filet with ½ oz. scoop of chili lime compound butter.
