This rosemary lemon pork roast is a culinary masterpiece, bursting with vibrant flavors and aromatic freshness. The pork is generously rubbed with lemon-infused olive oil, which imparts a subtle citrusy richness that permeates every bite. Seasoned to perfection with Spicelopedia™ Italian Lemon Pepper seasoning, the roast boasts a zesty, peppery kick complemented by a medley of Italian herbs. To elevate the dish further, fresh sprigs of rosemary are carefully tucked into the roast, infusing it with an earthy, piney essence as it cooks. The result is a tender, juicy centerpiece that combines the brightness of lemon with the warmth of rosemary and the robust seasoning blend, creating a delightful harmony of flavors.
