Ingredients
- 1 lb. large 21/25 ct. raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
-
1 Tbsp. plus ½ tsp. Spicelopedia™ Island Citrus Blast seasoning, divided
- 2 Tbsp. plus 2 Tbsp. fresh lime juice, divided
- 1/3 cup plus 2 Tbsp. olive oil, divided
- 1 Tbsp. salted butter
- 2 Tbsp. fresh chopped cilantro
- Cooked basmati rice for 4
Directions
- Place 1 Tbsp. Spicelopedia™ Island Citrus Blast seasoning, 2 Tbsp. fresh lime juice, and 1/3 cup olive oil in a medium stainless steel bowl and whisk to blend. Add the shrimp and toss well. Refrigerate for 15 minutes.
- Heat a flat top grill or sauté pan on medium high. Spray hot pan with oil spray (such as Pam). Drain shrimp and add to pan. Sauté until the shrimp are opaque, approximately 4-5 minutes. Do not overcook or the shrimp will become rubbery.
- Stir 2 Tbsp. lime juice, cilantro, and ½ tsp. Spicelopedia™ Island Citrus Blast seasoning, and butter to hot rice. Serve with the shrimp.
