Ingredients
- 0 Wild Caught Sea Scallops, medium.

2 tbsp of Spicelopedia® Island Citrus Blast Seasoning
- 8 Jumbo Shrimp, Peeled and Deveined.¼ Cups of Orange Juice, freshly squeezed
- 5 Ounces of Lobster Tail.
Directions
- Preheat broiler.
If frozen, soak scallops in cold water 5-10 minutes. Remove scallops from water. Pat dry with paper towel. If using fresh scallops, pat dry.
Peel and devein the shrimp.
Cut the back of the lobster shell with kitchen scissors and pull the meat from the shell, not entirely detaching it.
Add seasoning and butter to a microwave save bowl. Melt the butter in the microwave. Stir.
Arrange seafood on baking sheet. Brush with butter and seasoning mixture.
Broil for approximately 5 minutes, or until seafood is cooked to your liking.
Brush seafood with remaining butter and sprinkle with lemon juice before serving.
