1 lb diced or ground chorizo

1 lb peeled shrimp

Spicelopedia™ Island Citrus Blast

½ red onion, diced

3 Tbsp. minced garlic

1 lime
-
½ bottle or can of lager beer
Directions
Add the chorizo to a hot skillet.
Add in the diced red onion.
Add the minced garlic.
Season the shrimp with the Spicelopedia™ Island Citrus Blast seasoning.
Once chorizo is browned, add the shrimp to the skillet.
Squeeze the lime over the shrimp.
Mix the chorizo and shrimp together, and pour half of a lager beer over everything.
Simmer until the shrimp is cooked through, about 3-5 minutes.
Serve over warm tortillas
Add your favorite toppings like sour cream, cheese, hot sauce, guacamole, etc.
