Ingredients
- 6 lbs of St. Louis Spare Ribs

¼ Cups Divided of Spicelopedia® Island Citrus Blast Seasoning
- 2 Cups of Bottled Margarita Mix
- ¼ Cups of Orange Juice, freshly squeezed
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 275 degrees F.
Remove membrane from ribs. Add ribs to the baking pan.
Rub rib rack liberally on both sides, reserving ¼ of the seasoning.
Pour margarita mix around the ribs.
Cover with tinfoil and bake for 3 hours until meat begins to separate from bone.
Preheat the grill or grill pan to medium-high.
Mix the orange juice and remaining seasoning.
Add ribs to grill, cook for about ten minutes per side, basting with juice and seasoning mixture.
