Ingredients
- 1 cup brown and wild rice mix (cooked to package directions)
- ½ cup dried cranberries
- ½ cup pecans, toasted
- ¼ cup green onions, sliced
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. orange juice
- 2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp. Spicelopedia™ Island Citrus Blast
Directions
- In a medium sized bowl, add the rice, cranberries, pecans, and green onions. Fold together to combine ingredients.
- In a jar with a lid, add the juices, EVOO, and Spicelopedia™ Island Citrus Blast seasoning. Shake well until the ingredients are well-blended.
- Add the dressing to the rice mixture and serve.
