This grilled ribeye with fresh salsa verde is the ultimate treat. The ribeye, seasoned to perfection with Spicelopedia™ Italian Lemon Pepper, boasts a smoky, charred exterior that gives way to tender, juicy meat bursting with robust flavors. Complementing the steak is a vibrant salsa verde, crafted from a medley of fresh herbs and a hint of garlic, which adds a refreshing brightness and tangy kick.

- 2 lbs. Boneless ribeye steaks
- 2 Tbsp. Spicelopedia™ Italian Lemon Pepper seasoning
- 2 Tbsp. fresh parsley leaves
- 2 Tbsp. fresh cilantro leaves

Salsa Verde
Directions
- Set the grill to medium high. Pat the ribeye steaks dry and season with Spicelopedia™ Italian Lemon Pepper seasoning on both sides. Grill the steaks with the lid closed approximately 4 minutes per side.
- While steaks are grilling, chop the herbs, capers, and garlic on a cutting board. Place the herb blend in a small stainless bowl. Add olive oil and whisk together well.
- When the steaks are done place them on a cutting board and let them rest 1-2 minutes. Thinly slice the steaks against the grain. Place the sliced steak on a platter. Add any meat juices to the herb mixture and drizzle over the sliced steak.
