Ingredients
- 1 ripe hass avocado, halved and stoned
- 1 tsp. Spicelopedia™ Italian Lemon Pepper seasoning
- ½ cup crumbled feta cheese
- 2 tsp. fresh dill, finely chopped
- 4 thick slices of bread of choice, toasted
- Extra virgin olive oil to brush on toast
- Lemon wedges
Directions
- Roughly chop the avocado and place in a bowl with chopped dill and Spicelopedia™ Italian Lemon Pepper seasoning. Smash roughly with a fork, then lightly toss in most of the crumbled feta.
- Brush the hot toast with extra virgin olive oil and pile the avocado mixture on top. Top with remaining feta, extra dill, and a shake of Spicelopedia™ Italian Lemon Pepper seasoning.
- Serve with fresh lemon wedges.
Recipe Note
Look for ripe but still firm avocado.Don’t mash it up too much.
