Ingredients
- 1 lb. chicken breasts (boneless and skinless, cut into long strips)
- 1 large bell pepper cut into strips
- 3 Tbsp. olive oil
- 3 Tbsp. honey
- 3 cloves minced garlic
- 2 tsp. Spicelopedia™ Italian Lemon Pepper seasoning
- 2 oz. feta cheese, crumbled
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, whisk together olive oil, honey, minced garlic, and Spicelopedia™ Italian Lemon Pepper seasoning until well combined. Add the chicken breasts and peppers to the bowl and toss together, making sure to coat everything evenly.
- Spread the chicken and veggies on the prepared baking sheet. Transfer the baking sheet to the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the internal temperature reaches 165°F. Once the chicken is done, remove the baking sheet from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes.
- Sprinkle crumbled feta cheese over the top of the chicken and red bell peppers.
