Ingredients
- 10 jumbo tiger shrimp, peeled and deveined, tail on
- 1 Tbsp. Spicelopedia™ Italian Lemon Pepper seasoning
- 1 Tbsp. avocado oil
- 1 shallot, chopped
- 20 cherry tomatoes, halved
- ½ cup white wine
- 1 Tbsp. cold butter
- Chopped parsley for garnish (optional)
Directions
- Season the shrimp with the Spicelopedia™ seasoning and set aside.
- Add the oil to a heavy skillet. Sauté the shallot for about 3 minutes until translucent.
- Add the shrimp. Sauté on each side for about 2-3 minutes, until opaque.
- Add the cherry tomatoes and sauté for about a minute.
- Add the wine and the butter. Reduce heat to simmer and cook until the sauce reduces to about half.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve.
