2, 5 oz. Salmon select cuts, wild caught
- 1 Tbsp olive oil

2 Tbsp plus extra Spicelopedia™ Italian Lemon Pepper seasoning
- ¼ cup whiskey, preferred
- 2 Tbsp honey
- 1 Tbsp whole grain mustard
Directions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Rub each salmon filet on both sides with the olive oil and season evenly with the Spicelopedia™ seasoning.
- Bake salmon for 20 minutes.
- While the salmon is baking, add the whiskey, honey, mustard, and seasoning to taste to a saucepan. Reduce over medium heat to half.
- Baste the salmon (top only) with the reduced glaze and continue to bake for 5 minutes.
Recipe Note
For the biggest flavor pop, try using a flavored whiskey, like Maple Bacon, or Maple. Try serving over bacon mashed potatoes with steamed green beans.
