2 dozen Fresh Mussels

1/2 cups of Dry Vermouth

1 Lemon

4 oz of Unsalted Butter

6-7 oz of Chopped canned clams with juice

1 TSP + 1 TBSP of Spicelopedia® Peri-Peri Seasoning
- Parmesan Cheese
- Fresh parsley, chopped

6 oz of Spaghetti, linguine, or other long pasta
Directions
Preheat skilled to medium hot.
- Add the cleaned Mussels.
- Steam the mussels, covered, until they open. Discard any that don’t.
- Slice the lemon and squeeze the slices into the pan. Add lemon slices to pan.
- Add the butter, chopped clams, clam juice and Peri-Peri seasoning.
- Serve immediately over cooked pasta.
