1 lb. salmon, skin removed and cut into bite-size chunks

¼ cup (or more to taste) Dijon mustard

2 Tbsp. (or more to taste) Spicelopedia™ Peri Peri seasoning
Directions
- 1. Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees.
- 2. Toss the chunks of salmon in the Dijon mustard and seasoning in a bowl. You can add more mustard or seasoning to taste.
- 3. Add to air fryer basket and cook for 15 minutes for medium or 20 minutes for well done.
Recipe Note
To remove the skin, place the filet on a wire rack over a bowl, then carefully
pour hot water over the skin, which will easily peel away from the salmon. You can also ask your fishmonger to remove the skin and cut the salmon into chunks.
Try serving with a side of steamed broccoli to add some green goodness and a touch of variety to the plate.
