Cajun Honey Butter Cod offers a delicious blend of bold and subtle flavors. The cod, tender and flaky, absorbs the robust Spicelopedia™ Rajun Cajun seasoning, delivering a punch of smoky heat with a touch of earthiness. The honey butter soy sauce adds an irresistible layer of sweetness and umami, perfectly balancing the spicy kick from the seasoning. As the sauce gently coats the fish, each bite becomes a harmonious mix of savory, sweet, and spicy, creating a dish that is both vibrant and comforting.
Ingredients
- 4 Tbsp. olive oil, divided
- 4, 6 oz. cod filets
-
2 Tbsp. Spicelopedia™ Rajun Cajun seasoning
- 4 Tbsp. Butter
- 2 Tbsp. honey
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ lemon, juiced
Directions
- Heat a large saucepan on medium high heat. Rub the fish filets with 2 Tbsp. olive oil then the Spicelopedia™ Rajun Cajun seasoning.
- Turn the pan down to medium and add the remaining olive oil, then the fish to the hot pan and cook for 3 minutes. Flip the fish and cook for 3 more minutes or until done.

- Serve the sauce over each filet. Garnish with fresh lemon.
