Grilled to juicy perfection, it’s topped with a refreshing Mediterranean-inspired sauce made from creamy Greek yogurt, briny Kalamata olives, crisp cucumber, and tangy feta cheese, all enhanced by the bright citrusy notes of Spicelopedia™ Italian Lemon Pepper seasoning. Each bite is a mouthwatering fusion of Cajun spice and Mediterranean freshness, creating a uniquely flavorful and satisfying burger experience.

Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground lamb
- 1 Tbsp. Spicelopedia™ Rajun Cajun seasoning
- 1 Tbsp. Spicelopedia™ Italian Lemon Pepper
- 1 medium English cucumber
- ¼ cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1 Tbsp. Kalamata olives
- 150 g plain Greek yogurt (individual sized container)
- Lettuce and tomatoes for topping
- 4 whole wheat pitas
Directions
- To remove the moisture from the cucumbers without using salt, cut them into bite-sized chunks and lay them on a cooling rack for 30 minutes. Pat dry with a paper towel. Once ready, combine the cucumbers, feta and olives with the yogurt. Add Spicelopedia™ Italian Lemon Pepper seasoning and stir.
- Form 4 patties with the ground lamb and season both sides of each patty with the Spicelopedia™ Rajun Cajun seasoning.
- Treat the grill or skillet with cooking spray. Grill or cook the burgers for about 4-5 minutes per side for medium rare and longer for medium.
- Top with sauce and serve with lettuce and tomatoes on a pita.
