Rated 5.0 stars by 1 users
Sheet pan sliders are a great option for busy weeknights or casual gatherings. They require minimal prep time and can be customized to suit your taste preferences. Plus, they are cooked on a single sheet pan, which means less cleanup and more time to enjoy your meal. Let's start off with the ingredients.
1lb of Ground Beef
1.25 tbsp of Spicelopedia™ Southwest Zesty Fiesta Seasoning
1 tsp of Worcestershire Sauce
1/2 cups of Non-fat Plain Greek Yogurt
1/2 cups of Low Fat Sour Cream
2 tsp of Spicelopedia® Southwest Zesty Fiesta Seasoning *
2 tsp of Grated Onion
1 tsp of Minced Garlic
1/2 tsp of Worcestershire Sauce *
1/4 tsp of Southwestern Style Hot Sauce
- 2 slices of Cooked Bacon, crumbled
- Cooking Spray
- Slider Buns
Bacon Ranch Dressing
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Line the baking sheet with foil and spray with cooking spray.
Combine the ground beef with the seasoning and Worcestershire. Press into a rectangle on a baking sheet. The rectangle should be slightly larger than the six buns to allow for shrinking while cooking.
Bake, uncovered, for about 15- 20 minutes or until the minimum internal temperature reaches 160 degrees.
While the burgers are cooking, combine all ingredients for the dressing. Chill under refrigeration until ready to serve.
Slice the burgers into six squares and serve on buns with dressing.
Top with your favorite burger toppings. Sautéed onions and butter pickles work nicely. Combine 1/2 cup of shredded cheese, such as Taco Blend, into the meat mixture to prepare these as a cheeseburger.
