Steakhouse lamb chops are a delicious and succulent cut of meat that is often featured on the menus of high-end steakhouses. These chops are known for their tenderness and rich flavor, making them a favorite among meat lovers. To prepare steakhouse lamb chops, you will need the following ingredients:
Ingredients
- 6 chops of Lamb Loin Chops, one inch thick
- 2 tbsp of Dijon Mustard

2-3 tbsp of Spicelopedia® Texas Brisket Seasoning
- 1 tsp of Olive oil
- 1/2 cups of Sweet mini Peppers, ringed (sliced)
- 1/2 cups of Shiraz Wine or non-alcoholic red wine
- 2 tbsp of Butter, salted, ice-cold
Directions
- Preheat indoor grill or grill pan to 400 degrees.
Brush both sides of the lamb chops with the mustard.
Press the Texas Brisket seasoning into the chops on both sides.
Oil grill or grill pan. Add the chops to grill or grill pan and sear on one side. Flip. Cook chops to minimum 140 degrees for medium. Remove.
Add peppers to grill pan.
Add the wine and one tablespoon of the cold butter. Lower heat and cook until peppers are softened.
Add remaining butter right before serving and Plate peppers over lamb.
Recipe Note
Serve with a glass or your favorite Australian Shiraz.
