Ingredients
- 5, 4 oz. Italian sausage links
- 3 medium sweet onions
- 1 each red, orange, yellow, and green bell peppers
- 1-2 clove of garlic minced
- 3 Tbsp. olive oil
- 2 Tbsp. Spicelopedia™ Wicked Pork Seasoning
- 5 sandwich rolls
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 450 degrees.
- Cut stem ends off the peppers. Cut peppers in half lengthwise and remove seeds. Cut them into even sized pieces, roughly 1/2"X3".
- Place sausage, peppers, garlic, and onions in a large stainless steel bowl. Add Spicelopedia™ Wicked Pork Seasoning and mix well with clean hands.
- Pour the sausage and vegetables onto a large rimmed baking sheet. Spread the food evenly over the pan and nestle the sausages in the middle of the vegetables. If desired, line the pan with parchment for easy cleaning.
- Place the pan in the heated oven for 25-30 minutes. Serve with choice of sandwich rolls.
